| There are 26 students on the Council comprising of prefects and vice-prefects of
fifth and sixth year and the Head Girl and Deputy Head Girl. The council meets once a month (more often
where necessary) for one class period. Meetings are chaired by the Head Girl, Deputy or Teacher Co-ordinator.
The role of the Council is to foster leadership skills by encouraging students to contribute in a positive
way to school life. Each year the Council assists in the induction of First Years and organises Fund Raising
