On Monday 3rd March, Minister Micheal Martin paid a visti to our school. He spoke to our Transition year students on Employement trends in Cork cities, facilities available in the Cork region and local business opportunities in Cork city. He emphasised the importance of education and achieving some qualification after second-level. He also spoke about the Irish economy and how globalisation was truly becoming a phenomenon. He gave the girls plenty of opportunity to ask questions. |
